Safe, sound and well rested!

Well yesterday confirmed that whilst Lions are very much at home on the lush savannah of Main Oval, they don't cope well when caged. Our flight to Tokyo went long and there were delays for our connecting flight to Osaka But the boys did a great job in keeping their spirits up, and were great ambassadors for the Grammar. We were one of four school groups on the flight – West Moreton Anglican College, Ipswich Girls Grammar and St Hilda's – and I reckon our boys looked the best in their striking kit (and it was very easy to spot our boys in the crowd). We didn't get to bed until after 11, but it was an easy task to get the boys settled. James has only lost his wallet once - good start!
The hostel is great and the boys have relished the ritual of the Japanese bath. We have a lazy morning today and then the game this afternoon. I'll get a couple of the boys to log on tonight and let you know about their day.
Until then - sayonara!
